WinTV-PVR MPEG1 VCD capture.

A small edit and re-encode with MPEG1 VCD useing InterVideo WinProducer.
"Test was done by use Womble Multimedia MPEG2VCR time line then take a screenshot"

As you can see InterVideo WinProducer dose a very very poor job at re-encode
