I may be totally off base, but I do not think the Quadro Card will give you the preformance that you want, this is mostly for engineering workstations, Acadd 2d/3d xcelleration.  I have not had much use for it with vid editing or Direct-X xcelleration.  Also looks like it is using your Secondary IDE Channel IRQ which will cause you problems and bottle necks...

That may be true, but the box I have was built up for me by my son-in-law who is in the Video Duplication business, mainly with Pinnacle Liquid systems.  I'll ask him about it though.

Quadro Card will give you the preformance in area of CAD and CGI High-Level Graphics in real-time photorealistic effects into 3D models, scenes, and designs and not useful media area and only has a few ext features over startand Nvidia card, There are Hardware Media Video Render but thoses cards cost a lot momey and can alot cool Effects like Matrox RT.X100.
