DIVX Setting recomendations please

Just received my WING.  Initial use, recording to DIVX using default setings, resulted in Poor Jerky Video and Audio out of Sync...  Unuseable...

I'm sure there must be a way to set things up so that I can get GOOD DIVX quality... sure hope so for that is what I purchased WING for.

I need HELP!!!
