Two questions

1.

My PVR is fanless run off a 90Watt power supply.

Does any one know what the power requirements of the PVR150 is?
Is it less than PVR250/350 as I am thinking of adding a second tuner to my system.  


2.

One website in England claims that the PVR150 card is the both a NTSC and PAL tuner is this correct?

SHS:
1: If I'm rigth and it like older PVR 250 it should be round 15 watts or less per card.
2: I don't think that ture with the tuner
