"default analog recording quality"
« on: May 19, 2012, 01:35:21 AM »
What exactly does the "default analog recording quality" do? I see four options - Best, Better, Good, Fair. Does this simply correspond to setting the bitrate? And if so, what are the exact bitrates?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply!

Actually I did my own tests and so far I'm finding:

Best ~8.5
Better ~6.5
Good ~4.5
Fair ~3.5

This is for recording VHS
