Any Ways to Live-Record Mic Input AND Line-in Audio?

Hi, I am trying to record audio from videos like VHS tapes, Wii console etc and at the same time, give commentary as the video plays...

Problem is, I am not too sure how to do this with a Hauppauge PVR 150. May I know how should I do that?
