Cannot install Hauppauge software

I had to reinstall Windows on a computer here, and trying to set up the Hauppauge PVR-150 card I have, but cannot.  The card worked perfectly before.

The drivers provided by Hauppauge's website, the first step is it demands I insert my original driver cd into the optical drive - I do not have this cd.

I've tried some of the software versions linked from in this site, some require an ftp username/password which is not provided, unless I'm not seeing it.  One I did get, installed everything, the tuner appears in the device manager fine, but trying to open WinTV says that there is no hardware in the computer to work with.

So I'm not quite sure what to do, just would really prefer if this would work, as I just don't like the alternative options for tuner cards out there.

Running Windows XP with all the updates.

Same general problem.  I downloaded the Lite CD from the downloads tab on the homepage and all XP installation instructions.  Cleaned out registry and all else. when I ask installation wizard to look in downloaded CD unzipped folder, it cannot find any drivers.  Yellow marks in Device Manager remain.  Appreciate any suggestions.
