Hi all , great to be in this great forum you have created .
now , im on windows 7 a quad core 6600 and 3 gigs ram .
i use my 39in flat screen tv with native res at 1360 X 786 .
On my Comcast digital cable watching tv through the set top box,
everything is beautiful and cystral clear . NOW , , , no matter what way
i hook up my 1600 my picture looks like someones old vhs tapes . and thats being kind.
Even when i leave the 1600 on ch.3 and go through the box , still the same .
 Does anyone have any clues as to what i can do . some of the screen caps of the 1600 in HD
have been stunning .. Any help will be appreciated !

The HD tuner well alway look better then standard SD input due to the low res output when it come to the analog tuner and video input how ever the svideo should look little better.
If your after HQ then your only option is HD-PVR using component video and your Cable Box that way you can record high resolutions 1280x720p or 1920x1080i.
