Hi folks,

I nearly forgot to mention that version 2.04a has been released. Not so terribly
much new, stuff, however some improvements:

- support for X10 RF remote controls has been added

- workaround for trap in USBOHCD with TechnoTrend USB remote controls
  (the device is still occasionally delivering wrong keystrokes, but that has
   been improved a bit as well)

- repeating remote control keys now have a "typematic delay"

- USB DVB-T drivers will automatically reset the port when an unrecoverable
  error has been detected.

Download - as usual - via http://www.s-t.de/emperoar/

Update:

Now version 2.05 is the most recent Wink.

It features support for the Terratec Cinergy T Stick RC

Hi Rudi;
I like the new IR receiver updates, my remote control now sends a click now when the "OK" button is pressed. Its nice not having to get up from the couch to start playing a recording.
Did you add support for playing production DVDs? I have tried playing a couple of bought DVDs and although they play the video breaks up and pixelates and is not watchable. No problems with DVDs created from ETV2 mpg files, ProjectX and Varsha.
I am now in the process of setting up a media server and I have 2 uPnP players, a WDTV Live and a Popcorn Hour. Both are Linux boxes they see the ETV2 mpg files but they do not play back properly on either player. The video starts to play but is playing at the wrong rate(not quite twice normal speed) and then quits after 5 min. If I use ProjectX to demux the file and then mplex them back together, the resulting mpg file plays flawlessly. Any ideas?
Someone in Canada has applied to the CRTC for a true FTA license, any chance of adding support for some current North American DVB cards?
Thanks for the great OS/2 program.
