I purchased an HP computer with a Hauppauge WinTV HVR-1290 (Model 85xxx, Combo ATSC/QAM SW encode) card. It is running on Vista Home Premium 64 bit. It was setup in Media Center. My issue is when I scan my channels, I get the digital channels but when I move from one (5.1) to (5.2) it is the same broadcast. I can check on my TV and it isn't the same broadcast. At one point I went to a different channel completely then back to the .2 channel and got the proper broadcast but I can't always do this or move from 5.1 to 5.2 and it be correct. Can anyone help?. When I purchased the pc from HP, they didn't include the original WinTv setup discs.
