NTSC pvr150MCE with PAL source

I've recently moved from the US to the UK and so i've got an ntsc Pvr150mce. Is there anyway i can use this card to capture PAL video, it works perfectly for NTSC and recieves a pal signal but cant display it properly. I understand the video standards have different Frame Rates and Resolutions but i was wondering if there's a workaround/tweak that can let me record the PAL video.

Any help is appreciated  :D

With Video input you can just change it to Pal but the Tuner will not work in land you need a PAL PVR 150

It won't let me change it to pal in any capture software.
