Syncing digital audio from soundcard and video with PVR-150

Hi all,

I'm avid movie collector with a serious problem. I have a MS Vista Ultimate PC with Hauppauge PVR-150 and Creative Labs Soundblaster Audiology 2 ZS with digital inputs. I also have an extensive Laserdisc (LD) collection (over 150 titles) that I would love to transfer to my PC before my now 15 year old LD player dies. My Audiology 2 ZS has Digital input (TOS or Coax) and my LD player does also. I am completely lost as too how I can configure MC to record from the s-video and also could love to sync the digital audio from my LD through my soundcard.

I tried with the WinTV software but can’t get the audio and video to sync up, there is a slight delay with the video. Is there a way to have the video to sync up the audio or maybe a third party software that allows for time coding the video and audio to sync it up that isn't a fortune? I would prefer keeping the audio in digital format not just stereo encoded.

Thanks
