I have my usual really dumb question but I'll couch it in less than dumb terms.
What Operating Systems are supported? There's no mention that I can find that would even specify a Microsoft platform.
Just because Arcsoft is Windows only doesn't mean the drivers or third party applications would have that restriction.

I hope get that one and other real soon john, and per-order where set back a month on shipping being they still have not gotting the plastic cases cover in yet for the HD PVR but the Good news is that first units came in on monday with plastic cases Very Happy they're doing qualification testing rigth now so ocen thoses are tested I'm guesting the people that per-order will get there frist

I can't wait for one either ! would rather it be delayed and realeased working then released and needing a update (I hope that makes sense !)

In your opinion do you think a USB 2.0 connection is sufficient to transfer HD data?  I know you can select a bit rate, but I suspect you will have to increase it significantly compared to recording SD.

I hope you get one soon and let us know if it works well.

BTW I emailed Hauppauge tech support regarding supported OS and the reply was XP and Vista.  I hate to leave Win2k, but I may have no choice  Sad
