Looking to buy a new tuner card. Which do you recommend and why!

Hi all,
I am getting rid of the pvr usb2 I have as it never worked correctly since I hooked it up.
So, I am in the market for a new unit. I want to go with a PCI this time.
I'm torn between the wintv pvr 250, or 350 or the 500.
Does anyone have any suggestions, and if not those I am open to learn.

I don't suggestions the out date 350 nor 250
Your best beat is PVR 150 or much newer HVR 1600 which give some big like ATSC and Cable QAM support.
