I don't know if this is an old WinTV or if this is the right post place, but I'm having a problem.  Can anybody help, or even point me in the right direction.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled.

Surface: VMR
 When I try to record Hauppauge Win-TV error
When I attempt to Record,  a dialogue box opens:

Stream DShow Error
RunGraph Failed to Run
Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Even though WinTV Settings\ Movies\ are:
DVCR Record Path is F:\WIN-TV STORAGE\DVCR\
Pause Record Path is F:\Win-TV storage\Pause\
            Pause Buffer 1000 MB
            Quality; MPEG1 VCD
Where F: is an external drive with 451G of free space
