Why is it broken into 34.8meg chunks?  why not just one rar file?

I think the original upload was from an account that had a limit on file sizes that he could send. Probably from an email client rather than direct access to the server.

 The first file is an .exe which will unzip the rest. Some of the other files might not unpack without permissions located in the first part.

Upload limits make sense.   And I know the first part is the executable self-extracting part.  :)
