Bugs:

Some small thing that need address:
VCD could use some better filtering with noise around
objects aka mosquitoes or gibbs effect depend on the
video source type for example cartoon is hardest video
to capture.
So far I haven't had any MAJOR problem capturing or just
watch TV but ever now then there was some small jittering
from time to time other then that it soild.
One thing I have notice about this new chip it run a lot
cooler then the Conexant CX23415 but the SAA7115HL still get
a bit to hot just like demo board 350 and one of voltage
regulator label under VR4 it to is a bit warm but this new
board run's very well there but there are mirror drivers
problem that need address.
