REALtime FM MP3 Recordeing:

1. Install the WinTV PVR-PCI II, then verify the TV application functions ok.

2. Copy graphedit.exe, proppage.dll to (c:\windows\system or system32) and register using regsvr32.exe "regsvr32 proppage.dll" make shortcut
for GraphEdit and do the same with dump.ax "regsvr32 dump.ax" an do the same with lame_dshow.ax.

3. Open Graphedt.exe, then select Graph> Insert Filters.

4. Under “Audio Renderers” insert the following
a) Default DirectSound Device.

5. Under “DirectShow Filters” insert the following
a) LAME MPEG Layer III Audio Encoder.
b) Smart Tee.
c) Dump type in a name you be end with "DOT"mp3 like mytest.mp3.

6. Under “WDM Streaming Capture Devices” insert the following
a) Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II Capture.

7. Under “WDM Streaming Crossbar Devices” insert the following
a) Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II Crossbar.

8. Under ‘WDM Streaming TV Audio Devices” insert the following
a) Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II TvAudio.

9. Under ‘WDM Streaming TV Tuner Devices” insert the following
a) Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II TV Tuner.

10. Right click on the ‘Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II Crossbar’ and set the crossbar input to ‘Video Tuner In’ and "Audio Tuner In"
then check the box that says ‘Link related Streams’, then click the apply button.

11. Right click on the ‘Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II TV Tuner’ and set the Turning Mode to ‘FM Radio’ then set the channel number and click the
‘OK or Apply’ button.


12. Now connect all pin see below screenshot.

13. Right click on the LAME MPEG Layer III Audio Encoder set it up the way you want it.

14. Now have to do click on Play the Graph button PS you can re-open Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II TV Tuner chosse other channnel wail it runing.

There is ACM Wrapper filter but I have fig out how that works can't find property page to Control the diff audio codec and other things
Samples per second (kHz): 44.1, 22.05, 11.025, or 8.0. 
Channels: Stereo or mono. 
Bits per sample: 8 or 16. 
etc, etc
